Emerging playwright/director Zizi Azah bte Abdul Majid, who presented the highly successful How Did the Cat Get So Fat?, returns to the Fringe with another inspired work.

The play presents a world that is a reflection of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and at the same time is also about the relationship between 3 sisters and how the loss of physical and ideological freedom in their home affects them. There are several oblique in-direct references in the script to historical events but it is presented in a manner such that the real - world reference can be inferred rather than an obvious specific reference, and also in a way that makes it easy for audiences who do not come in with a prior knowledge of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to understand and empathise with. Examples of these references would be in broad terms: the taking over of native land (Israeli re-settlements on Palestine land), citizen uprisings (Palestinian Intifadas) and the building of the wall (separating the Gaza Strip and the
West Bank).
